Some of our items are preordered. For customers in Singapore, delivery time will take about 8 to 12 days to reach you after payment confirmation. Customers overseas, it will take 2-3 weeks. We will keep you posted on the delivery after payment.
if you are in a hurry for a merchandise, please email us to check if we have ready stock in Singapore before placing an order. If we do, it will take 2-3 working days for door-to-door delivery.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS FOR REGULAR PRICED ITEMS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you are not satisfied for any reason and need to send them back, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. During our sale clearance, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will provide you with the courier slip to print and arrange for pick up from your address or an alternative address for free (in Singapore, for regular priced items).
Please kindly pack the return garment in a polymailer or envelope, sealed with our delivery address written or courier slip stuck on it (as what you would do when you send out a mail at Singpost). We do not refund if the package is lost due to no courier slip with our written address/mobile number stuck to the bag.
For overseas customer, courier fees both ways will be paid for by the customer. We can help to arrange and advise the cost of shipping - please email us for more details.
You have 7 working days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. (For overseas customers, it must be out of port within 7 working days and tracking sent to us)
For Singapore customers, shipping charges imposed for the exchange items will be covered once by Frockalicious. Subsequent exchanges will be paid for by the customer. Shipping fee is $5 for the exchange one way.
All items must be returned new, unused. We reserve the right to decline returns of items if it does not meet the above conditions or to terminate our exchange policy any time. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer and courier fee to be paid for by customer.
Refund will be made in 7 working days upon receipt of returned item in good condition. We will not be held responsible if the return mail is lost during transit.
- REPEATED RETURNS
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience better and easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your FROCKALICIOUS account or future orders being refused.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS
During our sale clearance, products cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns may be accepted at the discretion of FROCKALICIOUS if value is $100 and above. Customers will pay for the courier fee of $5 should you require us to arrange.
- COLOURS, MEASUREMENTS & LABELS
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on FROCKALICIOUS as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. Item colours may vary at times. Frockalicious will not be held responsible for any colour variation.
Our garments do not carry any labels.
Measurements might differ and vary +/- 1 to 3 cm from stated measurements as every garment is sewn by humans and sometimes, they cannot be as precise as they would like to.
