A Selendang is a shawl in Malay language, and it can be worn around the head or across the shoulders in Malay cultures. 

This unique Qipao batik fabric was sourced from Sri Lanka. The back has an open cross back design reminiscent of the traditional Selendang usually worn across the shoulder in Indonesian culture. The "Selendang" in this design is held down by 3 buttons at the back. It also has a hidden side zip for ease of wear.
